Linda “Lulu Ree” Ceasar – 9 of Spades, Connecticut

Linda “Lulu Ree” Ceasar’s story is not all that different from so many others. She was a victim of her circumstances, and then she was a victim again when, in the summer of 1983, her life was taken in the most brutal of ways. Over 40 years later, the police still need help to close her case.
